Outgrid

Terms of service

Last updated October 16, 2026

The rules for using Outgrid, written to be read.

The agreement

These terms are between you or your company and Big Nyash LLC, which runs Outgrid. By creating a workspace, you accept them on behalf of your company. Outgrid is for businesses, not consumers.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-step sign-in. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace.

How email is sent

Transactional email and newsletters are sent through Amazon SES from your own verified domains. Sales outreach is sent only from mailboxes you connect yourself (for example Gmail or Microsoft 365) and never through Amazon SES. Before a domain can send, it must be verified with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Sending rules

Send newsletters and marketing email only to people who opted in, and transactional email only to people who registered or bought from you. Purchased, rented, shared or scraped lists are not allowed. Sales outreach from your own mailboxes is allowed only where the law permits it. Every marketing email carries a working one-click unsubscribe, and you honour every unsubscribe and complaint at once.

What you may not send

No phishing, malware, deceptive or misleading content, illegal products or content, or email that hides who sent it. You also follow the acceptable use policies of our email providers, including the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

Pausing and suspension

To protect recipients and other senders, a sending stream pauses itself when its hard-bounce rate reaches 3% or its complaint rate reaches 0.08%. We may also pause sending or suspend a workspace right away if it breaks these rules, and we’ll always tell you why and what to fix. Serious or repeated breaches end the agreement.

Your content and data

Your contacts, templates and emails stay yours. You give us only the rights we need to deliver them. You’re responsible for having a legal basis to email your recipients. Our data processing agreement, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, is part of these terms.

Fees

Prices are those shown in your workspace or agreed with us in writing. Fees are billed monthly in advance, plus any taxes. If an invoice stays unpaid after a reminder, we may pause sending until it is paid.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime every month and post every incident on our status page.

Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time and export your data for 30 days afterwards. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or right away after a serious breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we email workspace owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can close your workspace before then.

Liability and law

Outgrid is provided as is, without warranties beyond those in these terms. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn’t allow a limit. The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, apply.
